As a Testing and Quality Supervisor for Electrification business, you will be responsible for Assist the local ABB unit in developing the necessary capabilities to control products and systems to meet the internal, customer and industry requirements, in a cost effective and safe working environment. Reporting to Quality Manager, you will be for participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only conform products, software and services are released to the customer. This position is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the FAT with following all the ABB procedures and customer design specifications
- Conducting test protocols as assigned to ensure the products, systems or software meet specified requirements and customer expectations in incoming, manufacturing, factory test labs or final inspection quality, including internal testing routine and F.A.T. as applicable
- Collecting, recording and evaluating data to be interpreted according to the internal ABB specifications, customer norms, applicable national and/or global standards, always under high level of integrity
- Assisting engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products
- Ensuring that identified problems from quality control are understood and evaluated from a customer/stakeholder point of view
- Providing feedback and advises engineering / research and development on improvement opportunities in product and/or process design
- Executing and assisting specific quality related training, promoting passion for quality, integrity in all the actions and results orientation
- Performing activities related to designated areas within quality control: quality testing & verification, laboratory & certifications, product safety & compliance, audits & reporting

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- Require more than 5 years of experience in testing and quality
- Experience and certification in MV test for IEC, ANSI
- Should be a train and certified for safety in the electrical working environment
- Knowledge on Medium Voltage testing according to IEC standard
- Quality management system knowledge
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
