**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate the company's annual human resources planning and administration work plan according to the company development strategy planning and annual business plan
- Establish, complete, and implement the human resources and administrative management system of the company
- Responsible for the company's brand management and enterprise culture propaganda work
- Responsible for organizing the all kinds of administrative, logistics affairs, external approach work
- Complete tasks assigned by the leader
