Fruit Flavorist

We are seeking a detail-oriented & innovative Tobacco Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge plant extraction technologies, driving product innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and extract plant-based raw materials, determine research directions based on market trends, and establish technical development pathways.
- Optimize extraction processes, set quality standards, and validate stability of raw materials.
- Upgrade existing technologies to improve product quality. stability, and reduce production costs.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate research data to identify appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate experimental data and ensure the authenticity and feasibility of laboratory work.
- Perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure smooth operations.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Tobacco, Fragrance, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tobacco or e-cigarette flavor formulation.
- Strong blending and sensory analysis skills with solid aroma evaluation expertise.
- High level of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
