Sets up and configures desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
Install software, install and repair hardware and peripherals.
Researches and recommends system equipment upgrades and manages equipment inventory
Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems.
Assists with complex technical projects.
A bachelor’s degree or any equivalent IT diploma
Good communications skills, speaking, reading and writing in English and Bahasa
Experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment with at least 1 year experience with desktop and helpdesk support
Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, programming languages, and operation systems.
Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing Fundamentals. CCNA is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of setup and configuration of Cisco, Unifi, Mikrotik, Grandstream, Cambium devices such as router, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus
Knowledge of handling Asset Management and Inventory
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to learn with a positive can-do attitude
Works independently with mínimal supervision
Willing to work on public holidays and shifting schedules including night shifts
