JobDesk

1. Wardrobe & Laundry
- Responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of Sheikha and Sheikh’s wardrobe
- Communicate any discrepancies, damage or wardrobe issues to Sheikha’s PA
- Maintain the wardrobe inventory and conduct rotations when necessary
- Proper arrangement of clothes, bags, shoes and accessories in the wardrobe
- Off-season storage, safeguarding against fading, insects and mold using the correct covers and hangers etc.
- Liaise with in-house laundry, co-ordinate with external dry-cleaners and keep a log of any items sent for cleaning
- Maintaining Sheikha and Sheikh’s footwear (polishing, cleaning, managing repairs)

2. Bedroom, Bathroom & Gym
- Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the suites during the entire day after housekeeping finished cleaning in the morning.
- Responsible for bed linen, bath linen, toiletries, hygiene supplies etc.
- Turn down the suites in the afternoon.
- Detect and communicate any maintenance issues.
- Ensure Sheikha’s gym equipment and accessories are arranged according to her needs

3. Packing
- Packing & unpacking of Sheikh & Sheikha’s clothes, toiletries, accessories,

according to travel purpose (holiday, business trip, weather etc.)
- Making sure all luggage, bags, etc., are kept in top condition.
- Using appropriate materials - paper, cloth bags etc., necessary to protect and keep

crease free delicate and high value items.
- Keeping updated records of Sheikha and Sheikh’s preferences and requirements

for each purpose / destination’s packing.

4. Packages, Gifts, Invitations (in/out)
- Keep a record of received and sent packages, gifts, invitations and mail.
- Handle outgoing packages.
- Maintain confidentiality of all records and information.

5. Meet & Greet
- Receiving palace guests.
- Acting as point of reference for palace guests and service personnel.
- Cater to guests’ tastes, preferences, and comfort
- Consistent with house rules and standards and local culture
- Discussion, planning and set-up of special events

6. Meals & Snacks
- Knowledge of Sheikh and Sheikha’s diet restrictions and preferences
- Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, drinks etc.
- Provide diet and general feedback to the kitchen

7. Other
- A general point of reference for Sheikha for any of her needs
- Communicate timely and properly with other departments and functions
- Assist Sheikha in her hobbies and activities (indoor/outdoor, baking, etc.)
- Assist Sheikha’s PA when required
- Assess and replenish baking pantry as necessary
- Maintain teamwork spirit at all times
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month
