**Responsibilities**
- Build custom modules, UI components, business rules, script includes, and client scripts using JavaScript.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and optimize ServiceNow portals to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Implement security measures, including user authentication and role-based access control.
- Automate workflows and approval processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Leverage Event Management and Orchestration tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Recommend innovative solutions and best practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights into ServiceNow processes.
**Requirements**:
- Solid programming ability with at least 3 years of experience (preferably over 5 years) in building solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, customization, and administration.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms in conjunction with ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules.
- Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing efficient ServiceNow workflows.
- Proficiency in creating and integrating custom APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks.
- Implementing security and data-protection best practices within the ServiceNow environment.
- Drive key technical and architectural designs with a close eye on maintainability, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Clear and precise written communication, as a large part of our team works remotely. It’s vital that you can document ideas, progress, and challenges with clarity so everyone can work asynchronously.
**Location Requirement**
The role is based in Bandung, Indonesia, and **on-site presence** is required.
**Preferred Experience**
Any experience in the following areas is a definite plus:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for configuration management and CI/CD pipelines.
