Security Manager

**Core Responsibilities**
- Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
- Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Train and supervise security officers and guards
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies
- Review reports on incidents and breaches
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Create reports for management on security status

Kualifikasi
- 10-15 years experiences in manufacture
- 2 years experiences Security Manager
- maximum age 50 Years
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Post-secondary training in security management is preferred by many organizations
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures applicable to a 24-hour facility
- Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other video surveillance software.
- Oversee asset protection for companies, from the protection of people and staff to the prevention of theft and inventory loss.
- Garda Utama Certification
- Ms. Office
- Fluent English language
