**Job Descriptions**:
1. Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards

2. Create monthly work plans and monthly goods needs based on the division's work program

3. Create a daily work plan based on the monthly work plan and the current conditions and needs

4. Submit a plan for the operational funding needs of the division each month

5. Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements

6. Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set

7. Coordinate and ensure proper labor and equipment requirements for all work activities are available

8. Coordinate and manage the distribution of labor as needed to maximize the work in the field

9. Conduct material requests for division work needs and ensure timely, appropriate and appropriate dosage is available

10. Determine the location of the work and ensure the specifications of the work in accordance with the contract for all work that is contracted to contractors / third parties

11. Coordinate and ensure all vehicles and heavy equipment are always ready to use to support the division's operations

12. Set precise priority scale in case of limited availability of resources

13. Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division

14. Conduct daily posting of all work in the division according to the system

15. Conduct goods demand for division needs and monitor arrival of material on demand

16. Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties

17. Request non-harvest premium based on the work done

18. Make wage payments directly to all employees on a predetermined schedule and return the remaining wages that employees have not taken to the office on the same day

19. Signing Overtime Order (SPL) and checking the employee's overtime list daily

20. Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthly

21. Approve the introductory letter to the employee's medication and dependents to the clinic

22. Supervise and ensure that all division agronomic work has been carried out in accordance with agronomic technical guidelines

23. Supervise and ensure all employees work according to working hours and area of designated area

24. Supervise and ensure that all use of labor and materials has been properly distributed, recorded and reported

25. Supervise and ensure that the division's warehouse does not store material with excessive amounts and time

26. Supervise and ensure all third-party work is done according to the specified specification, measurable correctly and completed according to agreed time

27. Supervise and ensure all TBs harvested and the quoted cargo is sent and received intact on the destination MCC on the same day

28. Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity

29. Supervise and ensure controlled field conditions and employee lodges from security disturbances or other disruptions that may be detrimental to the company

30. Perform cost control well so that budget cost can be controlled

31. Monitor the work of subordinates and provide feedback and feedback to superiors for subordinate performance

32. Conducting consistent coaching and direction to subordinates through a process of internal discussions and / or meetings

33. Carry out Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at the work site

34. Perform other tasks instructed by your superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
- Having max 3 years of working experience as Assistant Agronomy
- Good in communication skill
- Willing to be located in Kalimantan Selatan
- Ready to be relocated according to company needs
