As a **Junior Data Analyst**, they are expected to support all business functions in Funding Societies, regulatory and compliance duties, maintain and build our data-warehouse to serve the data needs of our organization. They should be able to understand the needs of the business and use data to derive a solution and then implement, present, and track. They will also support senior members in exploratory and analysis projects to provide data insights to drive business.
**What you will do**:

- Find innovative and creative ways to obtain new data
- Provide regulatory, management and other BAU reporting
- Code up/Maintain live dashboards for real time visibility of business
- Conduct data collection, processing, visualisation, analysis
- Build data models and contribute to our data-warehouse
- Develop and implement actionable and accurate insights and present to the various business teams
- Test, measure, act on projects that drive the business
- Upkeep documentation and drive data literacy in business team

**Requirements**:

- Strong enthusiasm for new experiences and to learn new skills
- Someone with 1-2 years working experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Someone who loves working with numbers and problem-solving
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical mind
- Independent learner who enjoys technical challenges (Google is your best friend)
- Good communication skills in order to turn your results into actionable insights that business teams use
- Working knowledge of SQL is required
- English is required
