Lead Cafe

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage all F&B and day-to-day opeations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standars
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverages orders
- Process custome complaints patiently
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Track and order shipments
- Negotiate supplier arrangemets for food and beverage products
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the mebers of staff
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years experience as a cafe/ resto manager is a must
- Strong management skill (create proper SOP)
- Good leadship skill
- Strong communication skill
- Have computer skills Excel is a must (basic formulas, vlookup)
- Willing to work in Bintaro, Tangerang

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
