- Mempunyai kemampuan persuasive-inspiratif
- Penguasaan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan
- Mempunyai kemampuan mengikuti perkembangan pasar kerja
- Kompeten dalam aspek teknis maupun metodologi pelatihan
