**Job Overview**:
We’re seeking a highly creative and organized **Creative Content Lead Supervisor/Art Director** to oversee our in-house content production team, including our photographer, videographer, and graphic designers. This role will focus on managing content creation for social media (especially Instagram), e-commerce banners, and other online touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the in-house creative team, ensuring all content meets high standards and aligns with our brand identity.
- Oversee content production for social media posts, e-commerce banners, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies for social media posts, campaigns and the marketing team for offline promotions, events, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain and reinforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, delivering visually appealing and meaningful content.
- Offer guidance and constructive feedback to the creative team, ensuring a high standard of execution.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align content strategy with overall brand and sales objectives.
- Maintain an awareness of UI/UX best practices to improve content presentation across digital platforms.
- Facilitate team meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and project timelines.
- Manage relationships with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed (for campaign photoshoots).

**Qualifications**:

- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Arts, Branding, or a related field. Previous experience in art direction or at a branding agency is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience in content creation, art direction, or brand management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- General knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience across platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and develop strategies that meet both short-term and long-term goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing content performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Proven success in managing and inspiring a team to produce top-quality work.

- Detail-oriented with an ability to review and filter content effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.
