To process Parts orders from all customers.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Create quotation from customer's inquiry or purchase requisition.
- Issue necessary documents such as Delivery Note prior releasing any spareparts to end-user / customer.
- Issue system invoice for delivered parts and distribute to Accounting dept.
- Responsible to contriving list report for estimation of delivery time from factory to customer.
- Maintain customer's back order and produce report regularly.
- Assist other Parts Clerk (for spare parts process) for processing order from external customers.
- To do all task related to the scope of work which instructed by superior.
**Your qualifications**:
- Education Min D3
- High standard of personal work ethic.
- Ability to work with BAAN program.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
