**Admin Assistant**:
- Location: Jakarta,Indonesia- Contract type: Temporary**Main purpose of the position**
**To support exploration and business development functions in administrative work and ensure all the works perform smoothly without any delay.**
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provide general clerical duties including preparing correspondence, forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare documents and administrative materials for permitting/licensing, manage correspondence with government/local authority, document submission in accordance with procedures.
- Managing clerical admin tasks, such as organizing/managing calendar schedule(s), scheduling facilities and equipment, database maintenance, preparing presentations, tracking, and filing expenses.
- Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics and related material for ease of retrieval.
- Assisting BD Team with travel arrangements, advance preparation, Business Trip approval, transportation bookings, accommodation bookings, etc.
- Organize appointment, meetings and prepare minutes/record, copy, distribute and filing
- Compiling Department’s expenses including generating purchase orders and billings for department supplies through company resources
**Requirements**:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in management, or other related background
- Min. 6-7 years of experience in Project or Business Development’s Secretary or Admin Assistant
- Have previous experience in Mining or Multinational Company background would be advantageous
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent in English written and verbal, includes translation and presentation
- Intermediate to advanced word, power point, and excel skills
- Good communication and presentation skill
