**Client**:
Our client is Piaget Academy, an International School in adopting the Singapore Education System started in 2001. Its examinations as a response to the vision of developing Singapore into an educational hub of the region. It has transformed into an organization that has developed its own brand of international education system along the Singapore educational model.

Founded in 2006, it operates two international schools located in Jakarta and Surabaya. The Jakarta one is known as NationalHigh Jakarta School (NHJS), and the Surabaya school is known as Singapore National Academy. It is a short form for the publicly-supported school grades prior to college, or the pre-eminent K-12 school.

Has over 750 students at the present time, the school’s success has been founded on a robust curriculum (Singapore - Primary, British - High School), grounded in student centric programs and facilities that ensure each of our young learners are engaged in a myriad of ways.

**Role Descriptions**:
This role will be responsible to; ensure that the contribution of NHJS (NationalHigh Jakarta School) non-teaching staff to the life of the school is at the highest level; ensure that the marketing activities of the school are conducted in an effective, efficient manner that maximizes the enrolment of the school and that excellent working relations are maintained with the staff, parents and students, and; ensure that the campus buildings, grounds and facilities of the school are maintained to the highest possible standards.

**Job Descriptions**:

- **Human Resources**:

- Induction of new staff
- Professional review of non-teaching staff
- Hiring and dismissing of staff in consultation with the Board of Management and Principal
- Creating a conducive atmosphere in the workplace by ensuring staff familiarity with their roles and any operating procedures
- Formulating draft policy guidelines and regulations for personnel (leave, disputes, insurance, working hours, salary adjustments, etc.)
- Organizing and conducting non-teaching staff training and professional development
- Overall responsibility for occupational health and safety
- Ensuring punctuality of non-teaching staff regarding work hours
- **Marketing and Communications**:

- Overall responsibility for the marketing and communications activities of the school on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the school and with external parties
- Review the current procedures and practices regularly to ensure effective marketing tools are utilized to promote school
- **Facilities and Building Management**:

- Overall responsibility for the proper upkeep of the school facilities, building and grounds on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure school policies, rules and regulations are adhered to for the safety of all of who in the school
- Regular review to ensure cost saving methods are applied appropriately in all areas of maintenance, minor construction, and major overhaul
- Bachelor/Master's degree from any relevant fields (preferably education)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Appropriate tertiary and/or work qualifications
- Experience in similar position in national and/or international schools will be preferred
- **Have the abilities, to;**:

- Critically review current procedures and practices and recommend changes
- Devise performance management procedures and implement them
- Write operating procedures as required
- Organize, manage, employ and dismiss staff
- Evaluate and recommend solutions of issues concerning safety
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff
- Excel in administrative and logístical duties
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
