**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to promote the bar and lounge's brand, events, and offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals to secure positive media coverage.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate buzz and interest in the bar and lounge.
- Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.
- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, proactively addressing any negative or inaccurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Identify and leverage partnership opportunities with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Act as a spokesperson for the bar and lounge, handling media inquiries and interviews with professionalism and poise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Public Relations role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities to connect with media professionals and influencers.
- Proven track record of securing positive media coverage and managing media relations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple PR initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to generate innovative PR ideas.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a good understanding of bar and lounge culture and trends.
