1-year experience as IT Support in the field of Infrastructure and Network Security
- Has standard ITSM knowledge such as ITIL
- Data Center Optimization
- Having knowledge MySQL database
- Having Knowledge of Linux operating system
- Understand the basics of computer networking
- Checking and repairing problematic computer networks
- Restore data from a backup system if a problem occurs
- Ensure support systems such as printers, scanners run as desired
- Install and configure anti-virus
- Able to communicate well
- Required Skill: MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
