**Your impact within our firm**:

- The Tech Hub provides IT equipment support, logistics, and hardware life-cycle management across multiple service lines (new hire, migration, loaner, break-fix, quick ship) for McKinsey colleagues in the specified location or region. As the Analyst of IT Solution Implementation, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, restoration, and shipment of IT equipment.- In addition, you will be responsible for all processes related to warehousing and materials management, including monitoring and optimizing inventory levels and refilling inventories. Your responsibilities will include purchasing activities such as obtaining offers and submitting orders, reviewing order confirmations, and tracking adherence to delivery deadlines. Furthermore, you will maintain inventory management systems and optimize existing sourcing and service processes. Updating asset warehouse and ticket management systems will be as much your responsibility as packaging, labeling, and shipping IT equipment.**Your qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in configuring IT equipment incl. laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, etc.
- Strong understanding of the technical accepts
- Solid, practical experience in purchasing and logistics
- Strong technical IT skills (in particular PC configuration)
- Excellent communication skills
- A clear service orientation and a careful approach to work
- Sound judgment that enables you to assess situations correctly and prioritize tasks appropriately so that you can keep sight of details even under pressure
- The ability to work well in a team while being independent and self-motivated, and to adjust quickly and flexibly to new situations
- Process orientation and customer service focus
