**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years professional development experience with:

- .NET technologies:.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API
- Proficiency in C#
- Strong experience with Git version control
- Experience with EF Core and other ORM tools
- Proficiency in database technologies: MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Demonstrated experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience in implementing and utilizing unit tests, integration tests, and other quality assurance practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern architectural patterns and principles, with a focus on designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems to meet diverse business requirements.
- Design and maintain distributed systems, utilizing message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing task scheduling solutions using tools such as Hangfire, Quartz, or native background services.
- Integrate with appropriate authentication providers (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, OAuth) to manage user access.

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with front-end development: JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular (preferably), React, or VueJS.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud services and solutions.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Be highly professional and solution oriented with a focus on the client’s business needs
- Be highly responsible and reliable
- Have great social skills
- Flexible to travel
