This function will be reporting to the Quality Control Manager Perfumery who is based in Indonesia and will be based at Firmenich manufacturing plant in Cileungsi.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Seek and obtain the necessary training and achieve full skills qualification within the roles mandate
Adherence to the Global Quality Control LEAN workflow process for processing of all Quality Control samples
Manage the receipt of samples as they are logged into Quality Control.
Prioritize / separate samples and organize their testing per established SOP's.
Prepare additonal samples per established SOP's for 3rd party testing
Retrieval and use of valid Quality Control retains as references.
Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples according to established SOP's
Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples via GC and GCMS according to established SOP's
Subcontracting of testing where not currently qualified and track results availability for timely Quality disposition
Conduct daily Fragrance sensory evaluation sessions per established SOP's
Files all retains at conclusion of sample testing cycle
Provides Sensory Support in both preparation and evaluation of ingredients and finished products.
Follows all Lab and Site safety and GMP rules. Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner and completes all paperwork correctly.
Ensure instrument calibrations are within tolerances and recalibrate as needed

**We value**:
Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and equivalent minimum 2 years of experience in food or flavor & fragrance industry
Previous Quality Control experience in an analytical lab or sensory lab; skills to include wet chemistry, specific Gravity, Refractive index, titrations, GC, GCMS, or Flavors and/or Fragrance sensory experience are preferable.
Prior LIMS and/or SAP experience is a plus
Intermediate English skill on writing, speaking and listening is a minimum
Well Versed in Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, etc.)
Have a growth and continuous improvement mindset. Lean6Sigma white or yellow belt is a plus
Familiar with root cause analysis and investigation is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Familiar with running reports and creating presentations are a plus
Must be Thorough and attentive to details
Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
