To provide the best-in-class service to the Sales so they are engaged and
have a positive customer journey.
1. Has a full understanding and capability in the analytical process for all cases of
underwriting and non-underwriting related to PSF job scope.
2. To manage and monitor daily PSF activities in servicing the Sales Force by providing
solutions based on Policy Provision and SOP and to meet the given KPI.
3. To manage and monitor PSF Pending Interaction and to take any required initiatives to
reduce the pending ratio at the agreed level.
4. To support and facilitate whenever needed in solving problems & queries from Sales
Force.
5. To maintain a strong relationship with other teams or dept by having a clear
communication and focus to the solution.
6. To give quick response interaction by WhatsApp Business or other official
communication channel and to meet the given KPI
7. To do other assign tasks or activities to meet the KPI
