**Tanggung Jawab**:

- Melaksanakan proses Employee Relation dan General Affair.
- Mengawasi dan mengelola kegiatan administrasi HR dan GA (absensi, kedisiplinan, medical, kontrak kerja, maintenance building, keamanan dan lain-lain).
- Mengawasi dan memantau hasil kerja (Performance Appraisal) untuk semua karyawan.
- Melakukan dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya proses assessment, mutasi, promosi, demosi dan pensiun karyawan.
- Bersama departemen lain melakukan pembuatan dan perbaikan job description, SOP, modul dan pembuatan KPI.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pengurusan, pengarsipan, perpanjangan dan pembaharuan perizinan perusahaan.
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap penerapan kebijakan, peraturan & sistem yang ditetapkan perusahaan di Bagian HR & GA.
- Memonitor asset kenderaan operasional agar selalu dapat beroperasi dengan baik.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Usia 28 - 36 tahun
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 Psikologi/Teknik Industri/Hukum/Manajemen.
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun, diutamakan berpengalaman dibidang retail / distribusi.
- Memahami Hubungan Industrial.
- Memahami teknik _Coaching_ dan _Counselling_
- Memiliki _leadership_ yang kuat, tegas, bertanggung jawab, bersedia bekerja secara _mobile_dan terjun ke lapangan.
- Penempatan : Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
