Our History
PT. MASTERSYSTEM INFOTAMA (MSI) was established in July 1994. Through the long journey, Mastersystem has developed into one of the leading ICT infrastructures providers and dominates not only the enterprise banking market in Indonesia, but also in oil and gas, enterprise and telecommunication industry.
Headquartered in Jakarta, MSI has branch office in Surabaya, East Java. MSI has more than 400 employees now with the majority are certified professionals.
As our commitment to deliver high quality standard of services, we comply with ISO standard i.e. ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (IT Service Management) to serve our customers better.

- Implementation, support and maintenance of opensource
- Provide technical assessment and advisory in relation to design, installation, configuration including system upgrade and migration
- Plan, coordinate and perform the deployment & installation activities, upgrades, patches and disaster recovery test
- Perform support & troubleshooting of Red Hat
- Perform assessment and health checks of existing solutions and provide best practice recommendation and guidance to L2/L1 team
- Provide deployment support and fixes Red Hat OCP, Jboss, RHEL, configuration and implementation
**Qualifications**:
- Depth knowledge with Linux OS
- Depth knowledge with Linux Hypervisor/KVM
- Good knowledge of kubernetes/microservices
- Have knowledge of YML and Phyton code
- Have knowledge of ansible/Terffaform
- Familiar with CI/CD process and tools and source code management
