**Qualification**:

- Min. bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fast learner
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Time management and effective prioritization
- Willing to work under pressure or overtime
- Willing to travel as needed
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running
- Regularly create comprehensive documentation and reports
- Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.)
- Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project management
- Monitor project progress and handle any problems which may arise

**This is a contract-based role for 3 months.**
