Responsibilities:

- Lead the full SEO optimization of the website with a particular focus on enhancing its presence in the real estate market
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies as well as aligning with the company's goals and industry standards
- Write and optimize high-quality content for SEO purposes strategically using keywords that target the real estate market
- Manage and optimize internal links to enhance the website's architecture and user experience, improving SEO rankings
- Acquire and manage high-quality backlinks to strengthen the website's domain authority
- Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Provide regular reporting on SEO progress including traffic growth, keyword rankings and backlink profiles
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven experience working as a SEO Specialist or in a similar role preferably within the real estate sector
- Excellent skills in writing SEO-optimized content with a strategic approach to keyword usage
- Expertise in managing internal links and acquiring high-quality backlinks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ability to work independently or collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Adaptability to SEO changes and new trends
