Job Responsibilities
- Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction before, during, and after sales.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, advertising, and online inquiries.
- Participate in and organize yacht shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, online content, and other promotional materials.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Handle all necessary documentation and paperwork required for sales transactions.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales with min. 2 years of experience, preferably in the yachting or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the yachting industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Sales: 2 years (required)
