Job Title: Preschool Kindergarten Principal
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership & Management**:
- Lead, manage, and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum standards and developmental guidelines.
- Monitor classroom instruction and ensure educational quality and consistency.
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff to ensure ongoing growth and improvement.
- **Student Development**:
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and academic progress of all students.
- Develop individualized learning plans for students, as necessary, and support diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
- Monitor student behavior and address disciplinary issues in a positive and constructive manner.
- **Curriculum & Instruction**:
- Oversee the development and implementation of age-appropriate curricula.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the integration of play-based learning, social-emotional development, and foundational academics.
- **Parental Involvement & Communication**:
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians about the progress and development of students.
- Organize and facilitate parent-teacher conferences, school events, and activities.
- Address concerns from parents and guardians in a timely and professional manner.
- **Administration**:
- Oversee school budgets, resources, and supplies.
- Manage enrollment processes and student records.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding early childhood education.
- Implement health and safety protocols and ensure the physical environment of the school is conducive to learning.
