Mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan dari Supervisor dan brand untuk mencapai target yang sudah ditentukan
- Menjalankan sales visit ke outlet yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan Journey Plan yang telah disusun
- Mencari outlet baru yang potensial di luar dari database yang sudah ada (NOO)
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan Customer (Outlet) untuk memastikan ekspektasi dari outlet terhadap produk tetap terjaga
- Menjaga hubungan dengan distributor:
- Memastikan stock level dari produk
- Memastikan pengiriman produk pesanan dari Customer (Outlet)
- Membuat laporan penjualan menggunakan system yang telah disediakan
**Requirements**:
- Laki - laki/ perempuan
- Berusia 23 - 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min. D3
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales, diutamakan jika memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales dari produk tembakau (min. 1 tahun)
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales B2B
- Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi dengan entitas (pemilik restaurant/ cafe)
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait pasar
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang e-cigarette
- Memiliki kendaraan roda dua
- Tech savvy
- Berpenampilan menarik dan modern
