About The team
We are a team of problem solvers that strives to make an impact. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for tracking cost metrics across the delivery business and implementing operational excellence initiatives to improve service level agreements (SLAs) and reduce costs. This role requires working closely with the operations team to drive changes and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track cost metrics across delivery businesses (conventional and on demand)
- Analyze cost data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve SLA and reduce cost
- Drive special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Provide regular reports and updates on cost tracking and operational excellence initiatives
- Support the business in making data-driven decisions

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in operations field & excellence topics from Express Logistics Companies
- Strong in problem solving skills and independent in driving initiatives from ideation to completion
- Strong personal skills. Willing to work closely with the operations team to execute changes
- Good Communication skills

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Consulting background is a plus
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the nature of the work involves communicating with cross-border accounts that require Mandarin.
- Graduated from top universities in Indonesia/World
