Certification in FCAW-G, and SMAW processes, with a focus on structural AWS systems or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a structural welder, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Deep understanding of welding symbols, standards, and metallurgy.
- Ability to weld in restricted positions and tight spaces, demonstrating high manual dexterity and endurance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
