**PLANNING LEAD - AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY**

**Summary**:
This person is responsible for the overall production planning function, makes & controls the master production plan, creates MIS reports, manages WIP & material inventory in the factory, manages on-time delivery of customer orders, supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all planning personnel, arranges orientation program for a new employee, communicates with other departments which include work assignments and account processing activities, and other duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall production planning & control function of the factory.
- Coordinate with sales & project management and create a master production plan.
- Ensure on-time material planning & control.
- Ensure on-time production order creation and loading to the shop floor.
- Manage & control monthly & annual production plans to meet On Time Delivery (OTD) of sales orders.
- Plan & control Work in Progress (WIP) & Inventory control in the factory.
- Prepare & monitor the capacity plan of the factory.
- Attend management review meetings. Create & submit MIS reports.
- Provides excellent internal and external customer service satisfaction.
- Managing department performance through motivation, monitoring, and coaching.
- Adhere to and Maintain WMS Policy, and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API SPEC Q1, and AS 9100 standards.
- Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and counseling employees, as needed.
- Shal Observe, respect, and follow his immediate head in work, to achieve the Company's objective.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in Engineering is a must.
- At least 5 years experience in manufacturing and 5 years in production planning & control. Experience in CNC machining would be preferred.
- Experience in production scheduling software will be preferred. At least, he should be proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Experience in SAP MM & PP modules would be added advantage.
- Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, end result oriented, and having an idea about office management and etiquette.

**Salary**: From Rp1,814,400 per month
