Product Sales Specialist

**Job Description Summary**: This role is responsible for achieving the MRI Product/Solution/Service orders and sales targets within assigned segment and/or territories. This includes forecasting orders and sales, providing technical and clinical leadership, ensuring competitive pricing, and supporting the field sales team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Sales and Promotion**:
- Achieve sales targets for MR solutions through effective selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices to promote MR clinical solutions.
- Support trade shows, professional conferences, and customer training.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders such as radiologists, radiographers, and biomedical engineers.
- Develop and manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build regional product strategies.
**Training and Education**:
- Provide technical and clinical information, demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits to the customers and commercial team
- Organize conferences and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
- Provide training and educational materials to healthcare staff as required.
**Market Knowledge**:
- Maintain awareness of competition activities and market developments.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical data and share insights with health professionals.
- Actively track market dynamics, including customer needs and product evolutions, and formulate analysis reports to aid in business forecast and planning.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Science and minimum 3 years clinical MRI experience or relevant industry expertise.
- Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
- Ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and be a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
- Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives
