Storekeeper Restaurant

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Responsible for the availability of raw materials and operational inventory needed by the restaurant
- Inspect raw materials for shortages or discrepancies and report any damage
- Maintain stock of goods to remain in good condition
- Implement inventory storage processes according to applicable procedures
- Select receipt of goods based on needs, types, and quality
- Communicate regularly with each department to maintain the availability of goods based on existing sales needs
- Responsible for recording stock of goods / raw materials that come in from suppliers and those that go out as sales or production
- Conduct stock opname and directly physically count the number of goods in the warehouse

**Qualifications**:

- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have experience working in a warehouse / related to inventory management of goods
- Preferred to have physical strength to lift goods and have worked in the restaurant business / FnB (Food and Beverages) industry
- Honest, Agile, Clean, Neat and Careful
