**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Growth Initiative / Program Development**
- To help shape and orchestrate the trajectory of our Business Unit aggressive growth plan
- To build Sophisticated financial modeling from scratch, improve existing models, and break complex models down into components that can be cascaded to all different teams
- Think strategically and then execute the models that you build, operationalizing your insights, and then turning it into initiatives, running with them and driving strategic decisions to help the business perform more efficiently and effectively at scale, alongside financial and business objectives
- Contribute to identifying new growth levers that are measurable and significant enough for the growing business
- Develop a set of understanding of problems, pain points, or issues to be tackled, alongside potential resolution options to verify potential growth trajectory
- Develop project scope and identify potential support required from internal functions within the BU, external parties, or additional support that requires recruitment of new hires upon approval
- Obtain buy-ins and commitment from related stakeholders at the required timeline
**Project Roll Out and Milestone Definition**
- Define project milestones and obtain assigned person-in-charge from related stakeholders/ other functions whose support are required to ensure the success of the project
- Drive execution of the project through leading by influence
- Lead the mobilization of required stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth execution on-the-ground
- Identify roadblocks and troubleshoot to ensure smooth execution
- Develop a set of monitoring and evaluation criteria to ensure timely progress and good quality deliverables
**Outcome Delivery and Stakeholder Management**
- Ensure excellent delivery of the overall project/ program execution
- Closely work with related stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Partner Engagement, Business Operations & Improvements, Finance, Legal, External Parties, and any related departments) to ensure progress from respective functions are well-tracked and dependencies are resolved as effectively and efficiently
- Always be solution-oriented when faced with complex problems and challenges on-the-ground
- Ensure achievements of the initial targets (Profit & Loss, business, scale, credibility, and any related targets) through means of innovative and creative problem-solving and creative thinking
- Proactively meet with external partners/stakeholders to ensure the progress of conducted initiatives
**Talent Management**
- Recruit team members to support project execution, when required
- Groom and nurture team members to successfully grow into the career path that individuals aspire
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5-7 years of experience at top-tier strategy or management consulting companies, multinational technology companies, investment banking, advisory services, or corporate strategy of top multinational companies
- At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business fields from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus
- Financially sound - with proven ability to develop complex financial models alongside with scenario development or sensitivity analysis and assumptions that are supported by strong business acumen or industry/business understanding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions that could be in form of remedies / course-corrective actions and/or innovative solutions that are resolving fundamental pain points faced in the market
- Excellent team leader, with a proven record for leading a team/team members and experience to groom respective team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive various growth projects
- Comfortable dealing with external stakeholders with various levels of seniority, including those more senior compared to individual
