**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
- Guiding other teammates and helping them interpret design specifications
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met
- Provide team performance reports periodically, to collaborate with the RND department for efficient work evaluation
- Work quality assurance
- Responsible for the team growth strategy and implementation schedule
- Responsible for the onboarding process for a new client and collaborating with the operation department to set up SOP and workflow procedure
- Ensure team's growth by finding development opportunities as a part of delivering company value to clients
- Networking and consulting with various industry professionals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Architect
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Architect
- English proficiency is a must TOEFL ITP Min. 700 / IELTS Min 8.0
- Ability to communicate, present, and liaise with clients from overseas
- High Leadership skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Systematic, Thorough and have an eye for detail
- Hard worker, Willing to learn and always looking for new ways to grow within the company
- Placement - Surabaya
