Junior Consultant

Interact with sales team and client to identify clients' need.
- Analyze, determine and communicate work product results that will be delivered to client upon project completion.
- Collaborate and maintain relationship with other parties, internal or external parties, with the aim of impeccable projects.
- Provide solution recommendation with Consultant according to clients' need.
- Prepare and deliver reports (shortlisted CV) and presentation for clients (if needed).
- Responsible to ensure and supervise whole deliverables falls within the applicable scope.
- Report project progress/difficulties to Solution Head.
- Bachelor Degree, preferably Psychology, HR Management, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Having min. 1-2 years of working experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- A Problem Solver and Analytical Thinker.
- Great in Project Management & Multitasking skills.
- Highly Initiative and impressive in Planning & Organizing.
- Great in Presentation skills, Excel is a must.
- Good in English.
