Job Responsibilities:

- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential customers in the hospitality industry (3,4, & 5+ star hotels) and other corporate commercial real estate.
- Be the primary point of contact for the customers with regard to overall account management
- Investigate and solve customer problems and handle any and all customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the customers
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, marketing, accounting, and production, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- To ensure that the customers are satisfied with the products or services they receive and to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience

Requirement and Skill:

- At least 3 year relevant working experience in sales, account officer, relation manager
- Experience working with high mobility
- Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure, target oriented, and maintain high quality standard
- Have the ability to maintain effective working relationship with internal and external parties
- Time management and prioritization skill
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation

**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
