The Country Engineering Supervisor assists with achieving operations efficiencies. He/She conducts systems training and monitors district results to ensure balanced score card results are met.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or other related field
- At least 4 full year working experience without changing jobs.
- Good understanding of small package operations; evaluates new or improved processes, procedures, methods, tools, equipment, and technology; understands the impact of emerging trends on small package operations.
- Experience in Package Handling/ Freight Forwarding/ Contract Logistics productivity/process improvement is a plus.
- Experience in Building and Facilities Project is a plus.
- Skills in Business planning and design
- Good analytical/problem solving skill.
- Good negotiation skill
- Understanding of the package transportation and airline is plus
- Good command of English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains work measurement to optimize plans.
- Analyzes and develops operating plans
- Provides guidance and support to improve operations.
- Conducts training for operations management
- Conducts operational audits
- Conducts operational forecasting
