**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
- Good communication and hardworking nature.
- Able to make maintenance mechanical building budget and Work plan.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta.
