Within the implementation project of a new SAP S4 HANA platform (Athena project) South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA cluster), we are looking for the following role:
The data validation scope will be for Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hongkong, India and Vietnam.

The processes involved are Source to Settle, Order to Cash and Account to Reports.

**Role Overview**:
Responsible and accountable for data validation and system cutover, program management, coordination and communication aspects for Finance related matters in the Athena project in the SEA cluster.

**Major Activities**:

- Assist the SEA Cluster Program Manager in driving overall roll-out plan, governance, and deliverables
- Work with project team for validation process and criteria
- Preload review and post load review
- Coordinate with different data owners (Finance Leads, BSC, Genpact, COE team) for all Finance related processes.
- Overall responsibility for the conversion object data readiness.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of market cutover plans and ensure alignment of global and market tasks

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience with structured preparation and validation of data
- Data Object knowledge
- Proficiency in MS. Excel
- Min 1 year working experience
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Project Management experience
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Exceptional organizational & administrative skills
- Attention to details
- Pro-active and flexible mindset
- Fluent in English
