**Responsibilities**
- General administrative duties
- Attending to client drop-in payments
- Assist in processing of class and staff scheduling
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and purchasing of supplies
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Attending to in-person client inquiries and scheduling requests with full company knowledge
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. You will be interacting directly with clients in English, so comfort and proficiency in the language are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to standby beyond the regular working hours for remote support
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or Front Desk preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
