What do you need to bring to the table?

**Minimum Education**: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field.

Have at least 1 year experience in a similar job.

Mastering Behavioral Event Interview/interview techniques for employee selection.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Have analytical thinking and accuracy.
