**Key Responsibilities**
- The Banking, Projects & Infrastructure team spans all of our client's offices and works seamlessly with a global community of relationship law firms giving them access to a further 118 countries. This platform provides their clients with the confidence that they will receive the highest quality advice in both their domestic markets and as they expand into new territories.
- The Banking, Projects & Infrastructure group advises across the broad spectrum of sponsors, commercial banks, infrastructure funds, corporations, developers and investors and lenders including government entities on the world's leading infrastructure sectors. These sectors include ports, rail, roads, and other large-scale infrastructure development from telecommunication towers and satellites to social infrastructure.

**Key Requirements**
- Having at least** 9** **years of experience in managing infrastructure deals with international exposure**:

- Bachelor degree from notable university in Indonesia.
- Having a PERADI License is a **must**.
- Experience in Tier-1 & Tier-2 Law Firms are **preferrred**.
- **Familiarity over deals surrounding Public-Private Partnership (PPP), government tender, State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)**.
- Must have a strong technical legal skills and knowledge covering, **at least**, Banking, Projects, and M&A **if you are keen to focus**, while Infrastructure exposure coverage would be the **preferred** sector.
- **Open minded, confident, and self-effacing individuals**.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent team player - ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian languages in both writing and speaking.
