IT Support

**Qualifications**
- Basic computer networking skills (e.g., setting up routers and switches)
- Troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, and software
- Organizing tasks using tools like Trello
- Experience with both Windows and macOS for installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of basic IT safety (e.g., antivirus software, data security)
- Performing backups and data recovery when needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and similar productivity software
- Managing software updates, licenses, and online tools for company use
- Basic video and image editing skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team and support non-tech-savvy users
