**About the Role**
Supply Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting Project Coordinators in acquiring primary property projects, ensuring that Project Document Details are properly gathered and updated, and that all administration documents are signed and well managed.
**What You Will Do**
- Assisting Project Coordinator in acquiring new primary property project across Jabodetabek by ensuring the completeness of project documents detail to be onboarded to our platform
- Responsible in ensuring that all of our documents and project and/or listings informations are well updated and properly stored
- Collaborating with Content Creator Team and/or Digital Marketing team in scheduling shooting appointment on projects
- Responsible in gathering all informations pertaining to partnered / potential partnered projects/listings
- Responding to all communication with projects PICs promptly
- Handling all project administration duties such as gathering brochures, pricelist, product knowledge, etcs, and keeping the filling system up-to-date
- Assisting Agents in any questions pertaining to project informations
**What You Will Need**
- Strong communication skills, professional communication manner and demeanor
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Google Docs, specifically Google Sheet
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong initiative, self-direction and go-getter attitude
