Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain materials, records, and documentation.
- Handle communication with team members regarding any schedules and updates.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Support general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training equipment and resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
