**Responsibilities**
- Leading the entire process of mapping business processes to Odoo and providing the right solutions with the least custom effort.
- Pouring out client needs, solutions, and man-days in the Gap Analysis document.
- Review Gap Analysis with the aim to minimize the number of custom.
- Configure and demo Odoo according to the needs of prospective clients / existing clients.
- Designing wireframes with mínimal effort & mínimal risk based on the Gap Analysis document (what is meant by mínimal risk, ex: for example designing a wireframe that changes the Odoo flow too much, is at risk of endless maintenance).
- Develop a test plan together with the QA team, evaluate the test plan, analyze the source of the bugs, and test custom modules so that there are mínimal bugs.
- Perform UAT according to project requirements and present custom results to clients.
- Make a project schedule and prioritize existing tasks so that the project is completed on time.
- Provide training for new BA.
- Mentoring / coaching junior or mid-level staff.
- Provide feedback to develop department / company performance.

**Education**:

- S1 (required)
