**Job Descriptions**:
- Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and other parties.
- Help the customers process their submission and ensure the required documents are fulfilled and suitable with government law and company policy.
- Compiling files and administration tasks such as reports.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience at leasing commercial area, shopping center or retail industry.
- Strong communication, administration and negotiation skill.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Willing to be placed in DP Mall, Semarang
