**Responsibilities**:

- Request MAI to Production Document Control & request label require as per individual model
- Control and monitor man power allocation based on line required
- Request all the equipment to tooling department
- Control the line output referring to the schedule
- Make sure to key in the daily output to the RWO tracker system
- Make sure all the output with good quality send to next station OQA and packing area.
- Good communication internal and external department to solve the issue
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

- Min. Senior High School
- Initiative
- To be able to establish and control the process work flow
- To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
- 1 year experience in SMT/PCBA
- Know MRP system, especially Navision is preferred
- Knowledge on PCB/PCBA assembly process.
- Good Leadership skill.
