**Title**:
Summer Internship (4 weeks)

**Description**:
A pilot program to support the talent pipelining strategy and early identification of top talents inpublic and private universities, predominantly in IT, Computing, Engineering schools.

**Scope**:

- Be introduced to the people, business, culture and technology of Micron
- Ensure program participants, leadership and business acquaint with one another
- Participate in Gemba project, STEM activity in girls' primary school andbe part of the**MYP's**team building
- Technical team introduction and labs' visit.

**Deliverables**:

- By end of the 4-week program, participants would have had good comprehension of thedepartments within Micron mainly as a player in the semiconductor industry, the business, leaders,culture, products, global and Malaysia presence
- At the end of the 4-week program, participants would have presented the Gemba projectobservation
- At the end of the 4-week program, participants would have completed various engagement sessionswith TMvisit to the labs, Gemba project and STEM engagements.
